Customers arranging their own courier/rider are responsible for the courier booking and associated delivery charges.
Once an order has been properly handed over to a courier independently selected and arranged by the customer, responsibility for the courier’s subsequent transportation and handling rests with the customer and courier, subject to applicable law.

Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address, unreachable telephone number or failed delivery attempt may be payable by the customer.
